Drunken Berry Gin Jam

This decadent jam is created using the drunken fruits left over from the infusion of our gin. They are boiled down with most of the alcohol evaporating but the flavour of gin remains to give this jam a unique kick.  Perfect on greek yoghurt, ice cream, cheesecake topping or even use it on a cheese board. 

NB: May contain traces of gin
